Some also tend to increase heart rate unnaturally which could cause heart problems. the best way for a 13 year old to reach a healthy weight is through sports, healthy food, and exercise.
I wouldn’t suggest it. It’s harmful to the body and you won’t want to use them at such a young age. Check the age rating on it though and ask your doctor. At that age, I would just say exercise and eat right. Why mess up your body already?

It could seriously affect your growth and developement. PLEASE dont. Eat healthy and excercise at least 30min 5 days a week. more if you can.
